On one hand, there is the adrenalin of 610 HP, 560 Nm at 6,500 rpm, top speed exceeding 325 km/h and acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds. On the other hand, there is all the technology in the electronically controlled 4WD driving system, the mid-mounted naturally aspirated V10 engine and the Lamborghini dual clutch (Lamborghini Doppia Frizione, LDF) 7-speed gearbox. ITALIAN CRAFTSMANSHIP

 

This new long stroke V10 engine is a masterpiece, with its maximum power of 610 HP (449 kW). It includes, for the first time on a V10, an injection technology coupling IDS (Iniezione Diretta Stratificata, direct fuel injection) and multi-point injection (MPI) by selectively using them in sequence or together in order to get the advantages of both systems. It also includes the Start-Stop function in order to get more efficiency. The behavior of the engine is absolutely sporty with an incredible revving response and smoothness, delivering more than 70% of its maximum torque already at 1,000 RPM. Mid-mounting architecture ensures the car to be well-balanced in order to guarantee the best performance, handling and road holding.

 

DEVELOPED AROUND THE DRIVER

 

All features of high usability have been placed within close proximity to the driver. In this sense, all main controls (including the dynamic mode selector) were grouped onto the steering wheel, so that the only levers behind it are the gearbox paddles. The high tech appearance is underlined by the large 12.3" TFT instrument panel which visualizes all the driving and infotainment information.

 

 Through the standard driving dynamics mode selector on the steering wheel the driver can choose three driving modes: STRADA, SPORT and CORSA. This selector completely changes the behavior of the Huracán by modifying the setups for all the main systems in the car, including engine and gearbox response, engine sound, suspension stiffness, steering and all-wheel drive torque distribution.
